Blended of Sauvignon Blanc, Arneis and Chenin, Shiraz
Notes from James: "50% Sauvignon Blanc from Peters Creek farmed by Jim Zerella and managed by Dave Gartelman, 14% Blewitt Springs Chenin farmed by Lulu 28% Arenis from Peters Creek, 8% carbonic Shiraz from Ralphs in Clarendon.
This wine is made up of the pressing fractions from all the above blocks. Sauvignon is skin contact for 3 weeks, Arneis is carbonic for 8 days, Chenin is pressed after one day of maceration, Shiraz is carbonic for 10days.
Smells like guava, super zippy and juicy pallet. Looks like wartermelon juice."
