The Grenache is sourced from Jim Zerella’s vineyards, farmed by Dave Gartelman.
The soil is red clay interspersed with broken schist and slate, at 80m elevation.
Notes from James: “The grape is carbonic macerated for 2 weeks then pressed to tank for 11 months.
The wine is vibrant pink, with lively aromatics of raspberry, cherry and spice with juicy and fresh taste.”
