Planted in the 1940s, this bush vine Grenache sits its roots in deep, white, beach sand on clay. Producing highly aromatic and rich wines with an amazing structure.

5% whole-bunch, otherwise all grapes are destemmed and fermented together to dry, then left on the skins for 4 weeks of maceration before being pressed to old French large format barrels.”
