• Co-fermented, 70% Syrah, 30% Muscat Blanc à Petit Grain

• Whole bunch, foot stomped

• Short maceration of 5 days

• Fermentation with indigenous yeast, no racking, no pumping over

• Pressed into concrete tanks and aged for 6 months

• Racked from the lees before bottling

• Bottled with no added sulfur

• Unfined and unfiltered

WHAT'S GOOD?

• A mix of dark cherries and white flowers on the nose

• Juicy and crunchy on the palate with elegant bitterness to lift up the wine
