The Chenin Blanc is sourced from Lulu Lunn's Blewitt Springs vineyard, a 25-year-old, east facing and grown in deep white sand on clay, at 120m elevation.
Notes from James: “The Chenin Blanc is destemmed, fermented for 2 days on skins, then pressed to tank over winter and bottled with 4g/L residual sugar.
Fresh and bright with textural mouthfeel.
Melon, citrus, with a light spritz.”
