SENSORY

This is a Rosé for all-year-round drinking, juicy and puckering, some orange and grapefruit pithiness, but with an authentic varietal savoury and mineral crunch.
Hand-picked, whole bunch pressed into stainless, wild yeast fermented and left to go dry naturally after four weeks. Been a long time waiting for this one!

Coorong Mulloway with citrus beurre blanc. Kestrel potatoes. Green leaves.
