• 8-day skin co-fermented Delaware and Niagara, blended with 12-hour skin-contact Delaware

• Fermented in stainless steel vats

• Bottled with 11-12 g/L of residual sugar for a light pétillant effect

• Wild yeast, unfined, unfiltered, without any additives including added sulfites
