WINEMAKING

• 56% Delaware, 14% Rosarico Bianco, 10% Steuben, 8% Niagara, 7% Seibel 9110, and 5% Neo Muscat - All from Yamagata prefecture 

• Fermented in stainless steel vats

• The blend is centered around 24-hour skin-contact Delaware, blended with direct-pressed Steuben just before bottling

• Bottled with 11-12 g/L of residual sugar (from Steuben’s direct-pressed juice) for a light pétillant effect

• Wild yeast, unfined, unfiltered, without any additives, including added sulphites and antioxidants

WHAT'S GOOD?

• Made of 100% grapes 

• Aromatico means “aromatic” in Italian

• The aroma is vibrant, evoking tropical fruits like mango and banana. These same fruity notes carry through to the flavor, offering a fresh yet slightly cloudy profile

• Mellow mouthfeel, mild acidity, and a gradually unfolding umami. The carbonation is noticeable and complements the cloudiness well, creating a nicely balanced experience
