WHAT'S GOOD?
Light golden hue. The aroma is based on fresh citrus like tangerine and Buddha’s hand with nuances of herbs and spices. The maceration incorporates the tartness and tannin, just the right amount to harmonize with the citrus flavor
After being chilled down to 11-12℃, the tannins are softened and taste more refreshing. The citrus and herb notes linger on the palate and finish with a dry, pleasantly bitter aftertaste.
