GROWING

• Viticulture: Organic farming

• Grapes taken from multiple regions in South Australia

• Age of vineyard: Average 60 years old

WINEMAKING

• Grapes: 20% Sémillon, 20% Muscat à petits grains, and equal parts of everything else.

• All are fermented separately in stainless steel.

• Sémillon is directly pressed, and the others are skin contact in 3-5 days during fermentation.

• The wines were then brought together one month before bottling.

• A product of the b'romance between Dave and Koen, showcasing tastes of South Australia in one bottle.

• A refreshing taste of plums and figs, citrus fruits, and flowers.

• The idea and flavour profile don’t change over the vintages, it is the same as last year and before.
