GROWING
Viticulture: Organic farming
Soil: Clay, Granite, Sand
Grapes taken from multiple regions in South Australia
Age of vineyard: Average 60 years old
WINEMAKING
Grapes: 20% Sémillon, 20% Muscat à petits grains, and equal parts of everything else.
All are fermented separately in stainless steel.
Sémillon is directly pressed, and the others are skin contact in 3-5 days during fermentation.
The wines were then brought together one month before bottling.
WHAT'S GOOD?
A product of the b'romance between Dave and Koen, showcasing tastes of South Australia in one bottle.
A fun, fresh and lively rosé that you can enjoy with anyone, let that be your mum and/or dad, hipster friends, conservative friend, for any occasion.
A refreshing taste of plums and figs, citrus fruits, and flowers.
The idea and flavour profile don’t change over the vintages, it is the same as last year and before.
