WINEMAKING

• Field blend grapes are hand harvested and partly destemmed

• Part of the batch is macerated for 10 days then pneumatic pressed

• Fermented and aged in wooden barrels

• No fining, no filtration

• No sulfur addition

• Bottled on 23 May 2023
