WINEMAKING
Harvested and sorted by hand, gently destemmed
Spontaneous fermentation for 30 days. Macerated on skins overnight
Co-fermentation of all varieties together in oak vats
Aged in 3000-liter Gamba and Stockinger oak barrels (2-to-12-year-old barrels)
No fining, no filtration
Sulfur addition: 3 ppm before bottling

A drink to have with your everyday meals, a very drinkable expression, and tempts you to take more sips
Floral and grassy, later on, it develops into grapefruit and peach
A completely different wine when it's a little oxidized and warm. Balanced and very pleasant, refreshing and fresh. A little grapefruit and lemon in the aftertaste
Best served chilled (11-13℃)
