WINEMAKING
A field blend of 13 different grape varieties.
Harvesting starts from a block that is judged to be fully ripe, and all fruits are de-stemmed, and put into small open tanks to co-ferment.
Baskets with a lot of black grapes are pressed early, and baskets with a lot of white grapes are pressed after about 4 days of skin contact.
Bottled after racking and aging for about 8 months in stainless steel tanks, egg tanks and old barrels.
No fining or filtration.
WHAT'S GOOD?
This is a juicy and jolly wine, so refreshing that you can easily enjoy a third glass.
Scent of tangerine and jasmine, with the flavours of peach, apricot, and stone fruit.
Not as heavy as it looks, but it still has a powerful effect.
