Responsibilities:

• Responsible for internal, general accounting, tax reporting

• Responsible for purchasing and import paperwork

• Handle invoices and other documents related to sales, operations

• Manage inventory and stock, account payables and receivables

• Manage administrative tasks

• Create and monitor customer and market database

• Execute other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience with general accounting and tax reporting

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel,

• Experience with other accounting software (such as Misa, Amis, Kiot, Oracle,…) is a plus

• Experience in import/export and/or retail industry is a plus

• Professional proficiency in English
