Responsibilities:

1. Establish and implement the business development plan

• Continuously stay updated on industry trends, analyzing competitors’ strengths and weaknesses

• Advise the BoD in strategic planning, business development policies, sales T&Cs and processes

• Develop and manage customer relationships and other strategic business partnerships

• Suggest, plan and coordinate business events, workshops and training sessions as required

2. Manage and take charge of the B2B sales performance

• Proactively approach and acquire new sales leads

• Responsible for creating and closing B2B sales, including but not limited to initiating proposals, attending client meetings, relationship management, contract development and fulfillment, sales and inventory tracking, customer satisfaction management, and post-sales customer service

3. Responsible for B2C sales

• Establish a private customers base

• Manage relationships and facilitate further sales, ensure post-sales customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Well-versed in wine knowledge and HORECA industry (Having wine diploma or certificates is an advantage)

• Thorough understanding of Vietnamese and Australian culture

• Minimum experience of 3 years in F&B or hospitality industries

• Bilingual or fluent in Vietnamese and English

• Passionate about wine and F&B in general, dedicated to help Vietnamese consumers see wine with new eyes
