WHAT'S GOOD?

• The wine is flinty on the nose, with tropical fruits like nectarines, lychee, and mango on the palate. It has great acidity and a refreshing chalky minerality.

• It is a perfect wine for summer, or to pair with seafood, salads, or spicy dishes.
