WINEMAKING
A red blend of Pinot Noir with some Pinot Gris and Riesling.
Both destemmed and whole bunches of grapes are manually harvested.
While some grapes are a whole bunch fermented, some grapes undergo carbonic maceration. The majority are left to quickly macerate for 5-7 days.
Aged in stainless tanks and amphora.
Zero Additives.
WHAT'S GOOD?
The wine is light and juicy, with aromas of red berries, herbs, and spices. It has a lively acidity and a crunchy texture.
It is a perfect wine for chilling and enjoying with friends, or to pair with charcuterie, cheese, or pizza.
