WINEMAKING

• Grape varieties: Pinot Gris, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Noir, Syrah.

• The field-blend grapes are co-fermented in three batches and blended.

• Some grapes are whole-cluster fermented, some are directly pressed, and some have skin contact.

• Fermentation and aging take place primarily in stainless steel.
