WINEMAKING

• Grapes were picked, brought to the winery and filled into 1T fermenters as a mix of equal parts of whole bunches, freshly pressed juice and destemmed grapes.

• Fermentation took 2 weeks, after which the wine was pressed into old french barrels.

• The wine was bottled after 4 months in barrel.

• Spicy cola/rhubarb/morello cherry beauty.

• Lifted, ethereal, almost impossible celebration of harmony.
