Careful sorting fruit then pressed
Brewed separately in two tanks: one tank - a mixture of Fuji and La France, and another tank - Fuji only
Oxygen is supplied during fermentation to prevent the reduction
Near the end of alcoholic fermentation, the cider is transferred to a 3000L stainless steel tank
Fuji juice is added back to adjust the sugar content
Fermentation continues in the bottle
No antioxidants are added
