WINEMAKING
Harvested and sorted by hand.
Destemmed, gently crushed and macerated on skins, with regular punchdowns.
Free-run juice only, with 25 days of spontaneous fermentation.
Aged in 1-7 year-old 225L & 600L oak barrels.
No fining, no filtration.
Sulfur addition: 5ppm before bottling.

Different different but same to the previous vintages. Harmony. Settling down.
Pinot Gris as a bridge between the dominant Pinot Noir and the Moravian grape Blaufrankisch, highlighting elegance, roundness & finesses.
A wine that does justice to this early- ripening, forest-protected vineyard of Zadní Hora.
Best served lightly chilled (13-15°C).
