Pignolo: 0.5 hectares of 25-year-old vines
Soils: Ponca, which is composed of alternating layers of marl and sandstone. A very well-drained soil, suited to the high rainfall level of the region.

WINEMAKING
Grapes are destemmed and co-fermented with native yeast in 2500L oak vats
8-14 days on the skins with daily plunge down, no added sulphur
1 year in large barrels and at least 4 months in bottle before release.
No sulphur added, no filtration

The first trial of this cuvée was in 2014 and has been made every year since 2017.
RS stands for Rosso Sasa, named after the mastermind behind Radikon. Part of the Linea S. This wine is designed to be enjoyed at an earlier stage
Blackcurrants with earthy, umami touches of balsamic vinegar and fresh mint. The wine also benefits from the oak aging, with the addition of tobacco leaf and cedar wood
