• 75% Steuben, 15% Delaware, 10% Merlot - All from Yamagata prefecture 

• Wine blended in the spring of 2023

• Various vinification by Steuben, Delaware, and Merlot, but mainly 14-day skin-fermented Steuben and Merlot

• 100% de-stemmed

• 40% aged in amphora, the rest were in stainless steel vats

• Wild yeast, unfined, unfiltered, without any additives including added sulfites

WHAT'S GOOD?

• Candy aromas from table grapes, complemented with notes of red berries and strawberry, along with a hint of oolong tea

• Fresh, sweet but tangy natural flavors of grapes

• Soft and smooth tannins resulted from the time spent on skins in amphora

• A light red with gentle but enchanting flavors
