• Viticulture: Practicing biodynamic

WINEMAKING

• Pinot Meunier was to bring the density, intensity, and structure from 2018 - a vintage of small berries and high extraction.

• Sémillon from 2019 was a 100% whole bunch carbonic and aids in a fruity lighter nose bunch also adding weight through the palate.

• Cabernet Franc from 2020 was on skins for 4 days and then fermented in a ceramic egg for the roundness of acid and complexity.

• Separately aged in barrels and blended just before bottling.

WHAT'S GOOD?

• A snapshot of 3 vintages - 2018, 2019, 2020.

• This has bags of wild strawberry sour cherry with a meaty whiff.

• It is tight, with mouth-coating tannins that are evened out by racy, tart acidity.

• This is a natural wine that is on the right side of funk.
