WINEMAKING
All hand-picked grape.
Whole bunch fermented on skins, or on full solids in oak vessels, then allowed to naturally go through malolactic fermentation and is topped monthly to maintain freshness and fruit.
No fining, no filtration.
WHAT'S GOOD?
A wine farmed and made with minimal disturbance but maximum effect.
A great example of the capacity of Barossa Sémillon is complemented by Barossa Muscat Blanc.
Punchy, elegant fruit-driven nose with a grippy textural palate and mouthwatering acid for days.
