WINEMAKING
Grapes were picked, brought to the winery and destemmed into 1T fermenters.
Fermentation took 2 weeks, after which the wine was pressed into old French barrels.
The wine was bottled after 4 months in barrel.
WHAT'S GOOD?
A varietal Sémillon orange, but as a white Sémillon as a white would be.
Sumo mandarin and a freshly mowed lawn.
Pure - vitality - firm - refined.
Subtle cushioned tension.
