• Grapes taken from Achtele (+Slovenské) vineyard in Velké Bílovice, a historic site that can give a truly balanced Traminer

• Age of vines: 15-40 years old

WINEMAKING

• Harvested and sorted by hand. The whole grapes are skin-macerated for 4 days

• Pneumatic press for 10 hours in the first half of fermentation, followed by a spontaneous fermentation

• Aged in a used 3000L Stockinger oak barrel

• No fining, no filtration

• No sulfur addition

• Bottled on 16 August 2023
